Lighting Votives: What's YOUR Excuse?



This is what 93 CAN look like.

And we could make all kinds of excuses but a lot of them are covered by two facts: He didn't start body building until he was 87!! at which point he says he was also overweight!

AND a third zinger (to cover all your "I'm too busy"): he only trains 3 to 4 times a week.

Again...what's YOUR excuse?

My favorite quote: "My body is still continuously changing."

I see evidence of this every week when I work with my elder dancers.  It is never too late.
